The Fire Truck Store, a Chesapeake Emergency Vehicle Sales and Service Company, is located in the Baltimore Metro area. We formed the company in 2003 with two people, a one room office and have grown to include several sales and service personnel, a bigger office and a new service center that was completed in December of 2009. We are a very diverse company that engages in buying, selling and brokering new and used fire trucks, fire apparatus, fire equipment and ambulances trough out the United States, Canada and Around the World.
Our new product focus is regionalized to the Mid – Atlantic area in the States of Maryland, Delaware, Washington DC, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Right from the beginning we where compliant with all local, State and Federal laws. The Fire Truck Store is a licensed Maryland Emergency Vehicle Dealer and we are fully insured, bonded and employ professional sales and service personnel.
Our sales and service professionals recognize the need for immediate and attentive customer care. A survey conducted by our staff reveals that the days of the “Customer Comes First” and the “Customer is Always Right” attitude has faded into the years gone by and the end users (the customers ) are not taken care of in a proper manner.
